Wages & Expense

When you join our team at Minster Home Care, you’ll be paid well in excess of the National Living Wage employer. As well as this, business mileage expenses can also be claimed, tax-free. We always look to reward our staff for the excellent work they do.

Uniform

You’ll be provided with our bespoke uniform and all the supplies needed to maintain Minster Home Care’s high standard and set the company apart from the rest. We see Minster Home Care as part of the local community, and want the people we care for and their families to feel looked after and reassured whenever they see a member of our team.
